The role will serve as the critical bridge between bluebird bio and the patients we hope to benefit with our therapies. Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Operations, this role will establish a bluebird bio patient services competence center. This person will lead patient support strategy, program design, and drive implementation of a comprehensive support program with a focus on patient education needs, access questions, logistical support needs, financial challenges and other such concerns as they consider treatment options and progress through their treatment journey.
